FWIW... I believe

has been an very good AG and I will be proudly voting for him again. But if the SBI took this case and a local DA wouldn't prosecute and the State AG won't STEP IN to PROTECT CHILDREN from overzealous cops...what's the point?

I nixed my last two tweets b/c more research made it clear that in NC, the AG can only supercede a local DA if the Gen Assem. authorizes him (or her) to. This is a PROBLEM, North Carolina! One that I hope
