The official MoaM sales numbers should come out today.  The preliminary numbers put Clay in 15th place with sales of 86,727.  The final numbers will be better; Billboard has MoaM listed now in 13th place for the week!
Here are the weekly totals and grand total so far.  I'll update W/O 11/18 numbers when they come through from Soundscan.

W/O 10/21 - 607,660
W/O 10/28 - 207,671
W/O 11/04 - 128,569
W/O 11/11 – 108,463
W/O 11/18 - 86,727

TOTAL        - 1,139,090

Invisible has moved up to 53 from 57 on Hot 100. and to 23 on Top 40 Mainstream.

And, for the first time since it debuted,  the TITN single is trailing Ruben's FWOW in singles sales. Ruben moved from 11 to 9 and Clay moved from 7 to 10.

Ahhhh.

As previously reported, Clay is in fact featured in the upcoming People magazine Sexiest Man issue.  No, he's not on the cover.  But still, he so deserves to be in the issue.

If you don't believe me, go L@@K.

Keys Opens "Diary" in L.A.

Wonder, Elliott, Aiken take in songstress

Alicia Keys' debut album Songs in A Minor caught on in a big way with a listening public anxious to embrace a young entertainer who could both play an instrument (piano) and sing. On Wednesday at the Highlands in Hollywood, Keys took to her piano bench to promote her upcoming follow-up, The Diary of Alicia Keys.
Dressed in a spangly jacket and jeans, Keys offered a sneak preview of the album that drops December 2nd, before an audience that included Stevie Wonder, Missy Elliott, Clay Aiken, Ruben Studdard and Jermaine Dupri.

I don't want to ever talk politics in here.  Unless they're mine.
HA!HA!  Just kidding.

This is old, from July 14, but I didn't know if y'all had seen it back then.

It's a Doonesbury comic strip.  The 'Dean' they refer to is Howard Dean, presidential candidate.  I think this may have been one of the first 'pop culture' references I ever saw about Clay!
