QUOTE (crazyforclay1130 @ Dec 26 2012, 12:12 AM)
Now that Christmas is winding down I finally had time to do my Meet and Greet Report. Here it is.....

At my Meet and Greet I was the only one there that had never met Clay before. I was told about the Aiken fog and I was determined to take in every moment of this experience that I could. We were led in to the back of the theater and sat down at a table. The orchestra was already playing and standing there on the stage was Clay. Dressed in a deep purple hoodie that said Clemson in orange on the front and gray sweat pants. After he finished the sound check he slowly walked toward the back of the theater where we were but he stopped twice to look at his phone. He walked up said Hello then shook the hand of the lady next to me sitting on the end and asked her name. Then he came to me. I stood up because I wanted to see those beautiful eyes. He shook my hand and asked my name. I told him, and then impulsively said “Can I have a hug?” He shook his finger and said ta ta snarkly to tell me no. I was not offended and sat down never taking my eyes off him. He finished saying Hello to everyone then came back and stood behind the girl next to me and started signing the things we brought to sign. While signing the lady’s item next to me he looked at me and asked where I was from. I told him and he remarked “That is not too far from here is it?” I was surprised he knew about my City. He then came and stood next to me and reached down and picked up the CD I brought for him to sign. He spelled my name all but the last letter to ask if it was with an I or Y. I answered and told him this was the first time I had the pleasure to meet him and had been a fan since day one. He said aww that is so nice. As he handed me back my CD my hand touched his and he seemed to linger there as if to let me touch him. He then moved to my other side and signed the lady’s item next to me. I told him “You did great with the Interview on TV that morning” He said “Did I? I was half asleep!” He continued to stand there the whole time while he signed the ladies things that were seated on the other side of the table. I looked up at him the whole time. He is so handsome! More so in person than in any picture I have ever seen of him if you can imagine that. At one time as he stood next to me he ran his fingers through his hair like he does and swept it back away from his face. I almost died when he did that! After he had the pictures with the Auction winner and her friend he called us over for our group picture. I went and stood next to Clay and he put his arm around me. It felt sooo good! He looked the group over and positioned us according to size. He put his hand on my back and the ladies next to me and had us move forward. He put the taller two ladies in back next to him and shorter in front. After the picture was taken he turned and hugged the two ladies on either side of him and then the ones in front. Because he turned down my hug in the beginning I stood there sweetly and waited my turn. He turned to me gave a sweet laugh and said “Come here” he wrapped his arms around me and gave me the biggest hug ever. I hugged him back and told him I love him and thanked him. He then turned and walked back to the stage. We gave the tour manager the gifts we brought for him and were escorted outside. The whole thing lasted only 20 minutes.
The concert was amazing. I think Clay got a kick out of the gift I gave him because during the second song our eyes met and he flashed a big smile right at me and I smiled back. I know it was a smile for me because the people sitting around me asked did you see Clay smile at you? Oh boy did I!! After the concert I went out behind the venue to see Clay leave. After waiting only 30 minutes he walked outside and started to get in the waiting car. There were about 20 to 30 of us standing out there so he decided to come over to see the waiting fans. I was near the end of the line and he walked directly to me took hold of both of my hands and said “Now you got to see me twice today!” He then continued down the line touching everyone’s hand and thanked them for coming. He then got in the car and they drove away.
It was a magical night. A dream come true for me. Clay touched me 7 times! I am still on cloud nine and love Clay even more now if that is even possible.

How sweet for that guy. I think I remember seeing him once from Jimmy Kimmel and he was singing along to Clay singing On My Way Here. LOL

Wonderful recaps and clack! Clay made this tour really special for all of us. Can't wait for the next one!
