Lara Soderstrom sued Simon Cowell, 44, and Cupid Productions, Inc., claiming they used her name and likeness without permission in the matchmaking show Cupid, Oct. 14 in L.A. She seeks $1 million in damages. A rep for the show did not return calls.

Follow up to story:
"Simon was unavailable for comment on the lawsuit. Sources report that his doctors have not yet succeeded in pumping all the CROW from his stomach and have advised against him attempting any further verbal contributions. Experts from the esteemed institution of Claymainiacs.com agree that the severity of Cowell's crow-ingesting only seems to be worsening, citing new reports of yet another week at No. 1 on the charts for new pop sensation, Clay Aiken.
Asked to comment on Simon's condition, Clay--gracious as always--said, "I only wish the best for Simon and agree with the recommendation of his doctors---a complete 'tongue-ectomy"...it seems the only humane way to keep him from winding up in the same condition next year after American Idol 3.'
