Hey Gwenn- The clack is up on it at CU. Said he had a family emergency and had to leave in the middle of the show. Didn't realize the song he sang was coming up and that's where he decided last min to take over.

I, too, am interested in the Emmanuel/Jacob story.  It certainly was kind of shocking at the time!

It seemed (at the time) that it was more of a stand-off . . . because Jacob had scheduled something else for himself on one of their day's off and Clay told him that if he went . . . . he would no longer be one of Clay's singers!   

Wonder if Clay decided to "soften" the reason a bit!
